Currently, I am an Associate Research Scientist at NYU Langone Health Division of Biostatistics, conducting research in the field of Biostatistics under the supervision of Dr. Andrea Troxel. Back in 2019, I completed my master’s degree in Biostatistics under the guidance of Dr. Rebecca Betensky and Dr. David Fenyö at the New York University Department of Biostatistics. In my thesis, “Kidney Tumor Clinical and Proteomic Variable Selection and Prediction,” I used five methods to reduce the dimension of proteomic data and clinical data, including penalized ordinal regression, as well as other statistical methods. Beyond that, I hold a bachelor’s degree in Statistics from the University of Minnesota School of Statistics.
My ultimate research goal is to combine my interests and strengths in both statistical analysis and genetics. I hope to use this interdisciplinary approach to help people at the earliest possible stage.
